Cancellation Policy

Amber Consulting reserves the right to cancel a webinar due to low enrolment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If Amber Consulting cancels a webinar, registrants will be offered a full refund.

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of a webinar, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new or an alternative webinar.

Refund Policy

For webinar cancellation by a participant, the deadline to receive a refund for a webinar is 24 hours before the start time of the webinar.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations will be accepted via email to [email protected].

All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment All purchases paid via debit/credit card are subject to fees from our payment processor (Stripe) these are non-refundable.
