Coaching for Confidence

People tell you that you are a good fundraiser but you don’t believe them. 

You think you are just lucky and no better than any other fundraiser.

You’d like to feel as confident as everyone thinks you are, you fool people with your smile, but inside you think you are an imposter.

Over 6 or 12 sessions, each of 1 hour, we will work towards your goal. Looking at ways to improve your confidence. We will discuss people pleaser attributes, resilience, imposter syndrome, setting boundaries, saying no, as well as work/life balance and values.

The areas covered will vary depending upon the number of sessions and your personal attributes.

Career Coaching

for those that want to go one step further

Is your fundraising great, but your managing people skills need developing?

Have you had a couple of interviews and not got the job?

 Coaching can help you get some objective feedback and develop as an individual we can look at: Emotional intelligence, techniques for dealing with difficult people, understanding the drives and motivations of individuals you work with, reflect on your leadership style, and look at the different ways of managing introverts and extroverts.

 We establish your goal and over 6 or 12 months, on a monthly phone call, we will investigate how the way that you interact with others, shapes relationships and can affect your ambition.

We will use some or all the models mentioned above, keeping our focus on your goal.

These sessions are led by what you, the coachee, wants or needs from them.
